We offer our pork as 1/4 pig, 1/2 pig or as individual cuts,
(subject to availability)
1/4 pig contains a selection of cuts, such as shoulder, rib and belly
joints/slices, loin chops, sausages, stir-fry strips & diced pork. The weight of the box
will vary but be around 8-9 kg. The cost per kg is £9.50 so the final price will end up
in the region of £75 to £85
1/2 pig contains the same as above in terms of selection but the charge per kg
is £9.00, the weight of the box will be around 16-18 kg and cost in the region of
£144 to £162.
As the weight of the boxes will vary you will of course only be charged for the actual
weight.
